📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery processes to identify customer challenges in OT/ICS environments.

• Design tailored Claroty solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT/security infrastructures, including SIEM, firewalls, asset management platforms, virtualization systems, and cloud environments.

• Plan and implement Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Showcase ROI and platform value through live evaluations.

• Conduct presentations for engineers, architects, plant managers, CISOs, and executive stakeholders.

• Own and contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

• Serve as a feedback conduit between the field and Engineering teams.

• Monitor trends in industrial automation, Zero Trust, and threat landscapes.

• Represent Claroty at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

• Lead webinars and contribute to the creation of technical content.

• Utilize generative AI tools to enhance prospect research, consolidate business intelligence, and streamline documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within the fields of cybersecurity, industrial automation, networking, or enterprise SaaS.

• Advanced L2–L4 troubleshooting skills.

• Expert knowledge of traffic acquisition methods (SPAN/RSPAN, TAPs, virtual switching).

• Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Extensive understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, CIP, DNP3, IEC 61850).

• Architect-level comprehension of the Purdue Model.

• Capability to translate technical concepts into mission-level implications for non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple PoCs and complex RFP timelines concurrently.

• CISSP, GICSP, or CCNA certifications are highly regarded.

• Must be located in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.

• Willingness to travel 20–30% as required.
