Software Engineer III – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Addresses challenges with a broad or vaguely defined scope.

• Operates independently and makes decisions regarding solution specifics.

• Primarily works alongside the immediate team and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

• Engages with Android and iOS (KMP) teams while integrating React Native modules with native platforms.

• Develops interfaces using Compose Multiplatform, recognizing the distinctions between shared UI and platform-specific needs.

• Plays a role in architectural decisions, development standards, and enhancing tools within the mobile team.

• Involved in the solution design process.

• Takes part in code reviews and aids in the technical development of junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in mobile software development (Android or iOS).

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM and MVI).

• Practical experience with data structures (lists, mappers, hash maps).

• Capability to write testable code, including unit and integration tests.

• Experience in system integration (REST APIs, networking, and local data persistence).

• Previous experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and/or Compose Multiplatform (CMP) in a production setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog and Amplitude is a plus.
