Software Engineer III – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design and architect intricate integrations utilizing Prismatic in fully coded environments.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the customer-facing API, focusing on design, scalability, and enhancements for reliability.

• Offer senior-level guidance through code evaluations, collaborative coding sessions, and establishing integration standards.

• Balance the needs of internal and external stakeholders while working alongside product, support, and success teams.

• Choose and implement strategies that ensure the development of low-defect, high-performance, and maintainable software.

• Provide mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers.

• Engage in technical interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.

• Identify potential risks and areas for improvement, ensuring implementation of necessary fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in integration software development.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects from initial design to final delivery.

• Proficient in iPaaS platforms (Prismatic), Node.js/TypeScript, and API design.

• Strong experience in building, optimizing, and scaling integrations.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based and web technologies.

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.

• Comprehensive architectural understanding of scalable integrations and software design patterns.

• Experience in mentoring fellow engineers.

• Proficient with AI tools and workflows, applying them with sound judgment.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Background in the SaaS industry.

• Experience with PHP/SQL.

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Experience working directly with customers or customer-facing teams.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
