This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and develop refined, responsive UI components along with data visualization and charting experiences that transform complex conversational data into intuitive and actionable insights.

• Develop and enhance AI-driven tools and interfaces that reveal deal insights, risk indicators, and next-step recommendations in an easily digestible format.

• Work in close collaboration with designers and product managers to convert roadmap initiatives into well-defined frontend architecture and execution plans.

• Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as necessary to facilitate the introduction of new features.

• Offer technical leadership in frontend architecture, component design methodologies, and performance; participate in code reviews and elevate the UI/UX standards across the team.

• Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that serves as a model for other engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of pertinent software engineering experience in developing production web applications, primarily using React, Angular, or Vue.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive/accessible UI.

• Working knowledge of, or a genuine willingness to learn about, backend services and REST API development using Node.js or Python.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; highly responsible, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
