This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications along with solutions for optimizing business processes.
β’ Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, which includes requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, enhancements, and continuous support.
β’ Execute application upgrades, enhancements, patches, and maintenance tasks.
β’ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software and systems.
β’ Ensure that application performance, reliability, scalability, and quality align with the established service level agreements.
β’ Engage in architecture discussions and provide recommendations based on technology.
β’ Act as a technical and system subject matter expert across multiple business applications and platforms.
β’ Offer consultation and guidance to project teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
β’ Lead development projects and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
β’ Investigate emerging technologies and pinpoint opportunities for innovation, process enhancement, and modernization.
β’ Create proof-of-concepts to assess technologies and support Growth and Run initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and user communities to design and implement technological solutions.
β’ Participate in project planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution.
β’ Address technical inquiries, support requests, and operational challenges.
β’ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and business partners.
β’ Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
β’ Monitor and enhance application performance, reliability, and system stability.
β’ Create and maintain enterprise software packages and deployment configurations.
β’ Manage application dependencies and package repositories, including NuGet.
β’ Mentor and coach software engineers.
β’ Assist development managers in identifying training opportunities and growth plans.
β’ Promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
β’ At least 3 years of experience working with medium to complex applications, systems, or technology solutions.
β’ Proficient in all facets of the software development lifecycle.
β’ Skilled in developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
β’ Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, including relational database development and data access.
β’ Familiarity with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or similar object-relational mapping technologies.
β’ Experience in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and Web APIs.
β’ Proficient in developing and maintaining automated unit tests using modern testing frameworks and practices.
β’ Well-versed with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows.
β’ Experienced in using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants, including critically reviewing and validating AI-generated output.
β’ Knowledgeable in secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, and protection of sensitive application data.
β’ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience working within Agile and/or DevOps environments.
