Software Engineer II, Backend – Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers and risk teams to oversee loan management.

• Decompose larger projects into manageable tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in the product development lifecycle through collaboration with management and analytics.

• Track metrics and support on-call initiatives.

• Participate in team growth and development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Expertise in either Python or Kotlin.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

• Proficient in writing clear, well-tested, and scalable code.

• Able to navigate a large codebase and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
