This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Development and implementation of REST endpoints

• Creation of microservices using Java and Quarkus

• Implementation of persistence and optimized queries

• Development of unit and integration tests

• Configuration of metrics, logs, and traceability

• Construction and packaging of JVM applications and, depending on the project, Native Image

• Integration with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates

• Participation in cloud environments, containers, and OpenShift

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, IT, or a related field

• Over 3 years of experience as a Java Developer

• Experience with Quarkus

• JDK 17/21

• Development of REST APIs / RESTEasy Reactive

• OpenAPI / Swagger

• JPA / SQL

• Unit and integration testing

• Docker

• Maven

• Git / GitLab / GitLab Flow

• CI/CD and quality gates

• Desirable knowledge of GCP, OpenShift, Helm / Kustomize, Testcontainers / Dev Services, Micrometer, OpenTelemetry / OTLP, OAuth / JWT, CyberArk, RSA / AES, SBOM, GraalVM / Mandrel / Native Image, and SOAP

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
