Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions that align with client requirements and organizational standards.

• Enhance existing systems and codebases for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create robust and innovative software solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations and user experience.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with industry best practices and secure coding standards.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and suggest improvements or enhancements.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

• Engage in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with frameworks and tools like React, Angular, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated tools.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
