Software Engineer – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop essential features for the agentic Data Marketplace.

• Design and create medium to high complexity functionalities in collaboration with senior engineers.

• Identify bottlenecks and manage dependencies within project domains.

• Work together with L4/L5 engineers to overcome technical challenges and uphold team priorities.

• Offer technical feedback on specifications and take part in design evaluations.

• Convert product requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure comprehensive unit and integration testing.

• Document system interactions and share best practices during retrospectives.

• Update stakeholders and cross-functional partners on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of practical development experience.

• Demonstrated capability to produce high-quality code in Agile/Scrum settings.

• Strong technical execution in API development and system integration.

• Full-stack expertise in TypeScript, Go, Python, and React.

• Familiarity with Redis and Sidekiq for managing background tasks and concurrency.

• Proactive ownership of deliverables.

• Experience in implementing advanced integration tests.

• Background in refactoring code for long-term maintainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
