Software Engineer – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• You will be part of a product-driven team dedicated to developing, delivering, and maintaining functionality in areas with the highest business needs.

• You are expected to take ownership of these product areas, utilizing your experience to maximize value for Vesta's customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup atmosphere where essential tasks may occasionally demand work outside typical hours.

• Proficient in full-stack web development with experience in building products for thousands of users.

• Current expertise in C# .Net or other statically typed languages such as Java, Scala, or Kotlin.

• Required proficiency in React state management.

• Practical experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.

• Knowledge of modern AI development tools within a professional setting.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and services (preferably AWS), along with real-time event streaming (Kafka) and caching solutions (Redis).

• Comfortable working with and enhancing complex data models, including defining and optimizing these models in collaboration with team members.

• Motivated to address real business challenges, transforming high-level objectives into actionable engineering solutions.

• Highly independent, proactively managing tasks and deliverables, with a readiness to occasionally extend work hours to achieve business objectives.

• Willingness to travel at least twice annually for offsite meetings in the United States.
