Software Engineer, Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance essential product interfaces: dashboards, alert queues, investigation flows, and agent activity timelines.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces utilizing ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN component primitives.

• Design and architect reusable component libraries and design systems that adapt as the product grows.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to establish clear API contracts and integrate real-time data through WebSockets, polling, and streaming.

• Drive frontend technical choices, encompassing state management patterns and strategies for performance optimization.

• Engage in design reviews and advocate for clean implementation when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in frontend engineering.

• Extensive knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Proficient in ReactJS, covering hooks, context, and component design patterns.

• Practical experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as ShadCN or similar.

• Strong grasp of HTML semantics and CSS layout techniques (flexbox, grid, responsive design).

• Capability to convert complex workflows and data-intensive user interfaces into clean, user-friendly designs.

• Experience in dynamic, product-oriented environments where frequent shipping and rapid iteration are the norms.

• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively across different functions.
