Software Engineer – Front-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of features from initial design through to final release

• Proactively identify UX deficiencies early and prioritize delivering core value

• Intentionally log technical debt to be addressed later

• Assess technical feasibility and collaborate with product managers to document requirements

• Estimate project timelines and create work plans in conjunction with product managers

• Assist colleagues by providing timely pull request reviews, engaging in pair programming, and offering hands-on coaching

• Utilize AI tools for repetitive tasks such as unit testing, documentation, and clarifications

• Design the web frontend architecture

• Lead decisions regarding the technology stack

• Maintain adherence to engineering best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering focusing on building Web Frontend applications with ReactJS

• Solid understanding of web frontend architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software design patterns

• Strong sense of ownership, treating deployed work as part of one's own codebase

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them effectively to address business challenges

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to learn from colleagues and a desire to uplift the team

• Full-stack adaptability and openness to engage with new frameworks across the stack (preferred)

• Experience in deploying software on scalable cloud platforms like AWS (preferred)
