📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, test, deploy, and maintain functionalities related to card issuance, transaction processing, and dispute resolution.

• Take ownership of well-defined features from inception to completion, including design, testing, launch, and ongoing operation.

• Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code.

• Engage in design and code review processes.

• Design and implement systems utilizing microservice and event-driven architectures.

• Participate in the operational management of tier-0 financial systems, which includes on-call duties, incident response, and conducting postmortems.

• Utilize AI-driven tools throughout the development process to enhance both speed and quality.

• Uphold elevated engineering standards.

• Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development or a similar field.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining production-level software systems.

• Track record of delivering well-defined projects or features from start to finish (design, build, test, deploy, operate) with some guidance from senior engineers.

• Demonstrated proficiency in AI technologies, including experience with AI-powered development tools and the ability to critically assess and responsibly utilize their outputs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.

• Familiarity with AWS.

• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers.

• Experience with Hibernate, Aurora, MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.

• Understanding of Kafka, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

• Experience with Datadog.

• Familiarity with Buildkite and Gradle.

• Knowledge of AI agents and tools, including Goose, Claude, and MCP.
