Software Engineer – Client Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Transform vague client challenges into functional code, swiftly transitioning from open-ended exploration to a viable solution.

• Develop agentic workflows and applied AI pipelines, including RAG, structured extraction, OCR/document AI, and agent orchestration.

• Utilize tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

• Create lightweight front-ends or app-builder-style interfaces when client interaction with the solution is needed.

• Construct basic evaluation harnesses and golden datasets to ensure pipeline validation prior to deployment.

• Lead projects from inception through to deployment.

• Collaborate closely with both client and internal teams.

• Design and code to the quality standards appropriate for each situation.

• Promote engineering best practices and foster a robust development culture.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal platform capabilities over time.

• Travel to the Seattle area for the final interview and participate in company summits twice a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building production LLM/agent pipelines — RAG, structured extraction, or agent orchestration — beyond just prototypes.

• Ability to adapt and pick up whatever is necessary for client engagements, including light front-end work when a pipeline requires a user interface.

• A practical understanding of how to assess whether an AI system effectively addresses the client's issue.

• Strong communication skills in client-facing scenarios and genuine comfort with ambiguity.

• Willingness to work onsite or closely collaborate with client stakeholders as required by engagements.

• High emotional intelligence coupled with a learning-oriented mindset.

• Excellent collaboration skills.

• Comfort in making decisions amidst uncertainty and the ability to adjust course as necessary.
