This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop LLM-driven automation solutions that determine methods for rectifying denied claims, incorporating evaluations, dry runs, and audit trails.
• Create safety guardrails that encompass identity verification, payer types, duplicate prevention, and dry-run/quality assurance checkpoints.
• Expand a configurable rule engine to handle high transaction volumes while ensuring idempotency and explainability.
• Construct observability dashboards to track resubmission approval rates, cycle times, and failure rates.
• Automatically generate appeal letters and medical record packets with validation scoring.
• Provide a cohesive automation console for billing rules, pre-submission validations, and adjustments.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to the RCM platform's architecture, tools, and technologies.
• Develop comprehensive products for revenue cycle management.
• Oversee integration workflows from the design phase through development, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to establish integration requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Mentor and support engineers in their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain best practices, and promote architectural advancements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend languages such as Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages like Python or Go.
• Familiarity with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making effective architectural choices.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
