This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Vice President and the head of Medicare and Credits Operations to enhance collection efficiency, improve Medicare recovery rates, and minimize revenue-cycle losses.
• Identify bottlenecks in Medicare billing, claims adjudication, appeals, and credit-balance workflows.
• Conduct operational assessments using claims, billing, and payment-variance data to pinpoint high-impact interventions.
• Revamp workflows, enhance recovery pathways, and expedite resolutions across Medicare and credit-balance portfolios.
• Develop revenue forecasting models, establish KPI baselines, create variance-analysis frameworks, and deliver proactive performance reports.
• Enhance data governance and improve Tableau/BI dashboards for self-service operational and executive insights.
• Create technology capability roadmaps that connect business operations with IT.
• Promote the use of AI, machine learning, predictive modeling, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Establish and monitor ROI metrics for technology implementations.
• Oversee strategic cross-functional initiatives involving Revenue Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Payer Contracting.
• Utilize change-management methodologies to present executive-level business cases and data-driven presentations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop managers and analysts while fostering succession planning.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, revenue operations, business analytics, or operational transformation.
• Experience in management consulting from a prestigious firm or a specialized healthcare/operations consultancy is highly preferred.
• Proven history of leading and nurturing high-performing teams, including direct management of analysts and/or managers.
• Strong capability to convert strategic insights into operational actions, diagnose process bottlenecks, and achieve measurable financial or operational results.
• Excellent proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS) is preferred.
