Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide expert-level code samples, debugging techniques, and development insights utilizing Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate software defects and performance issues across various codebases.

• Develop robust new features, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and comply with software best practices.

• Refactor and enhance legacy code to boost clarity, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

• Document technical reasoning, solution methodologies, and coding decisions to improve the quality of AI training data.

• Review and confirm the accuracy and clarity of code and technical submissions contributed by peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• In-depth knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and core software engineering principles.

• Demonstrated capability in debugging complex systems, resolving issues, and implementing effective optimizations.

• Experience with refactoring large codebases and modernizing legacy systems.

• Proven history of delivering impactful features from conception to delivery within cross-functional teams.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts.

• A genuine interest or curiosity in AI and its technical challenges (prior AI experience is not necessary).
