Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sustain, enhance, and provide support for applications developed using C# and the .NET Framework.

• Create, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Evaluate business and technical requirements to deploy effective software solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production challenges.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with product owners, QA, infrastructure, and various engineering teams.

• Aid in application refactoring, upgrades, and progressive modernization initiatives.

• Document system functionalities, processes, and technical modifications.

• Support application deployments and meet ongoing operational requirements.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a professional software engineer.

• Practical experience with C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and enterprise application architecture.

• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining production applications.

• Excellent communication abilities and a teamwork-oriented approach.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Ability to autonomously manage all aspects of the job role, including achieving required goals and adhering to business practices, in a remote setting.

• Valid US driver’s license/ID card required for candidates invited to the interview stage.
