Junior Sales Manager – Plant Engineering, Industrial Plant Design & Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in promoting our digital engineering and software solutions tailored for industrial plant design.

• Showcase 3D modeling, laser scanning, and database solutions to clients.

• Aid in crafting proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline while managing customer information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

• Engage in customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows to cultivate leads.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Engineering departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.

• A keen interest in laser scanning, engineering databases, and the digitalization of industrial plant design.

• Preliminary experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or project management is beneficial.

• Strong technical insight and a passion for digital engineering solutions.

• A team-oriented individual with initiative and excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
