Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and design of software products for Home Depot's customers and associates.

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.

• Adhere to organizational best practices and engage in discussions aimed at improvement.

• Contribute to aspects such as product configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring.

• Gain insights from both successful and unsuccessful experiments when addressing new challenges.

• Seek professional advancement through both formal and informal development opportunities.

• Foster partnerships and collaborate with team members within agile methodologies.

• Report to a Software Engineer Manager or Senior Manager.

• This position has no direct reports.

• Travel is not required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be eighteen years of age or older.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required.

• At least 1 year of work experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with Python is preferred.

• Exposure to SQL is required.

• Experience with API building is beneficial.
