Creatio Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Creatio CRM applications utilizing low-code/no-code tools

• Develop and uphold business processes, workflows, and automation logic within Creatio

• Modify UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards to meet user needs

• Assist in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs

• Aid in C#/.NET customizations to enhance Creatio functionality

• Facilitate integrations between Creatio and external systems through REST APIs

• Work together with Business Analysts to convert requirements into effective solutions

• Engage in testing, UAT, and deployment tasks

• Diagnose issues and provide support for post-go-live improvements

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Operate within an Agile delivery framework and take part in sprint ceremonies

• Utilize Jira and Azure DevOps for tracking tasks and progress

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to implement Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with Creatio

• Practical experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules

• Fundamental knowledge of C# and .NET

• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle processes

• Experience with system integrations and APIs

• Background in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Creatio certification is a plus

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus

• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
