📋 Description

• Provide support for the design, architecture, and functionality of the KSN site for the FAA Eastern Service Area Knowledge Sharing Network.

• Design and tailor individual project sites within the KSN framework.

• Assist users in customizing project sites to align with program and project requirements.

• Develop web parts to manage the content and layout of KSN sites.

• Create custom workflows to enhance document management processes.

• Recommend enhancements to KSN content, functionality, and its integration with FAA business processes.

• Facilitate communication regarding KSN-related and project-related matters.

• Oversee the maintenance of KSN sites and ensure access to relevant data and reporting.

• Generate reports based on information from KSN sites.

• Analyze and structure stakeholder data for effective presentation.

• Communicate necessary reports in a clear and concise manner.

• Create workload reports utilizing Gantt charts to represent project assignments and milestones.

• Deliver monthly and semi-annual status reports following the established format.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with nine (9) years or more of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with seven (7) years or more of relevant experience; or a PhD or JD with four (4) years or more of relevant experience.

• An additional four years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or a similar collaboration system, specifically in Site Administration, is required.

• Familiarity with .NET 3.5/4.0, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, MS Power Platforms, and JSON is essential.

• Experience in Enterprise Records Management (ERM), Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM), and/or Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is highly advantageous.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is necessary.
