Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with frontline personnel, managers, and executives to comprehend workflows, business objectives, and operational limitations.

• Convert customer discussions into precise requirements, priorities, and measurable product functionalities.

• Create user-friendly interfaces for intricate information and workflows.

• Develop across frontend, backend, database, and integrations utilizing AI development tools.

• Evaluate and validate AI-generated development outputs.

• Construct AI-driven features and automation workflows incorporating business rules, approvals, and action histories.

• Investigate incomplete data, unexpected API behaviors, and production challenges.

• Guide fixes through testing, deployment, and verification processes.

• Assess improvements in adoption rates, customer experiences, staff efficiency, and overall business performance.

• Take ownership of significant product areas autonomously and communicate trade-offs and decisions effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of guiding a product or substantial workflow from an ambiguous issue to successful production implementation.

• Strong product judgment in linking customer needs, user experiences, technical choices, and business outcomes.

• Hands-on engineering proficiency with modern web applications, APIs, relational databases, and cloud deployment.

• Capability to inspect code and troubleshoot across various systems.

• Practical experience with AI coding agents, including task definition, context provision, change evaluation, and correctness verification.

• Comfort in navigating third-party integrations, incomplete documentation, inconsistent data, and intricate business rules.

• Good interaction and visual judgment, with a focus on language, workflow clarity, and usability details.

• Clear communication skills with technical colleagues, business operators, and company leadership.

• Initiative to advance work independently while balancing delivery speed with production reliability.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud is advantageous.

• Experience with business software, conversational AI, analytics, workflow automation, or healthcare and service-business operations is a plus.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required upon application.
