This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Construct, enhance, and maintain WordPress pages, which include landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and resource pages.

• Create and tailor WordPress themes, templates, and reusable components for websites.

• Convert Figma designs into responsive and operational web pages.

• Execute website modifications as requested by the internal Marketing teams.

• Diagnose website issues, including bugs, layout discrepancies, functionality problems, hosting, caching, and performance concerns.

• Conduct updates for WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionalities.

• Oversee backups, staging environments, and the deployment process.

• Track the functionality, performance, and responsiveness of the website.

• Create, configure, and manage forms and conversion experiences.

• Provide support for integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing platforms.

• Verify form submissions, lead capture, and basic data transfer processes.

• Apply technical SEO recommendations, including tracking scripts, pixels, and event tracking.

• Facilitate landing page experiments and A/B testing efforts.

• Enhance page speed, mobile responsiveness, usability, and overall website performance.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, SEO, CRO, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations teams.

• Manage assigned responsibilities and report on progress, timelines, and obstacles.

• Maintain documentation related to recurring website processes and updates.

• Assist with potential CMS migrations, which involve content transfers, page reconstruction, redirects, and quality assurance.

• Work alongside senior technical personnel on new website functionalities.

• Elevate complex challenges related to infrastructure, server, security, or integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in WordPress development.

• Proficiency in developing, modifying, and maintaining WordPress themes, templates, and reusable page components.

• Experience in converting Figma designs into responsive and functional website pages.

• Background in conducting routine WordPress maintenance, including plugin updates, backups, and staging environments.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot common issues related to website functionality, layout, and performance.

• Experience in creating, configuring, and managing website forms.

• Familiarity with version control systems and website deployment processes.

• Knowledge of implementing basic technical SEO recommendations and improvements for website optimization.

• Strong skills in HTML and CSS.

• Basic understanding of JavaScript and PHP.

• Awareness of WordPress plugins, core updates, backups, and staging environments.

• Understanding of website forms, lead capture functionality, and basic data transfer processes.

• Fundamental knowledge of technical SEO, including metadata, redirects, canonical tags, and schema markup.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or similar website tracking tools.

• Capability to implement tracking scripts, pixels, and basic event tracking configurations.

• Knowledge of website performance optimization, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.

• Ability to support website quality assurance, content transfers, and redirects during potential CMS migrations.

• Strong organizational skills for managing website development tasks, timelines, and priorities.

• Capacity to collaborate with Marketing teams and senior technical personnel.

• Ability to independently identify routine technical issues and escalate complex challenges when necessary.
