Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for product features, from unclear problem statements to deployed software.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to determine the features that need to be developed.

• Utilize the design system to independently make UX and interaction choices.

• Create web application flows, dashboards, and in-product controls to ensure understandable, manageable, and trustworthy AI behavior.

• Incorporate LLM-based functionalities and agent outputs into product workflows.

• Engage directly with users to gather insights and integrate findings into design and prioritization efforts.

• Release products swiftly, monitor deployments, and iterate based on actual usage data.

• Work alongside AI-focused engineers to fine-tune models or agents.

• Tackle interaction design, edge cases, error states, and usability issues.

• Contribute to shaping product roadmaps and business strategies for major brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in software engineering, successfully delivering full-stack product features to end users.

• Proficient in working across both frontend and backend development.

• Experience in delivering solutions from vague or poorly defined problems without a fully detailed ticket.

• Practical knowledge of LLM-based systems, including features developed using LLM APIs or agents.

• Understanding of prompting techniques and non-deterministic outputs.

• Strong product judgment regarding decisions on build vs. buy, LLM vs. deterministic logic, and speed vs. quality.

• Comfortable utilizing a design system to independently make UX choices.

• Familiar with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar platforms.

• High level of agency and a strong inclination towards delivering results.
