This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a SharePoint Administrator/Developer, providing support for site collections and creating business solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing solutions and scripts through IBM Rational Functional Tester, Eclipse, and Java.
• Create Java-based utilities and standalone applications to automate the preparation of test data, document parsing, and repeatable testing activities.
• Develop solutions that interact with relational databases using Java SQL APIs, focusing on querying, selecting, inserting, and validating data within PostgreSQL or similar environments.
• Build Java-based solutions that integrate with ReadyAPI, incorporating command-line execution, REST/POST requests, and parsing and validating API responses.
• Employ object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns, including the Factory Pattern.
• Identify areas for enhancing testing efficiency, data preparation, and repeatability through automation.
• Operate and support customer tools and applications for software transmission and deployment processes.
• Provide Java development assistance, covering design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of Java-based applications and solutions.
• Assist with onboarding projects to the specified automated transmittal process.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of professional experience, a Master’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, an Associate’s degree with 12 years of professional experience, or a High School diploma/equivalent with 14 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in administering, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments, which includes SharePoint sites, site collections, permissions, access controls, and user support.
• Practical experience in developing and maintaining business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, forms, and process automations.
• Skill in troubleshooting SharePoint functionalities, permissions, workflows, integrations, and site-related issues.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and transforming them into SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Java development and automated testing solutions, including reusable utilities, scripts, and applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases like PostgreSQL, and CI/CD or automated deployment processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Xray, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder with a minimum of 3 years of U.S. residency).
• Ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required.
• Current active IRS MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
• Experience working with the federal government is a plus.
• Knowledge of current IRS tax administration software applications.
