Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Resolve basic bugs autonomously after receiving training

• Develop new features with guidance from a mentor

• Engage in development using .NET and C# within a contemporary engineering setting

• Utilize Git for committing, branching, merging, and creating pull requests

• Conduct testing on your own code and foster strong quality habits, including when leveraging AI assistance

• Acquire software engineering skills and gain insight into the Pharmaceutical TMF sector

• Become part of a new engineering team dedicated to creating secure and innovative software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File industry

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 1+ years of experience in software development

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET / C#

• Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code

• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn within a collaborative team environment

• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and responsible usage of them

• A degree, bootcamp experience, or current studies in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous, though not mandatory
