• Scale the system to accommodate the growing global demand.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards in new regional markets.

• Productionalize and implement new features validated by market research.

• Develop and sustain client-facing components within a transitioning monolith and micro-services architecture.

• Collaborate with the development team on various engineering initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience working on a development team.

• Proficient in Java and open to adopting new technologies.

• Experience in delivering reliable, high-performance REST APIs.

• Strong interest in optimizing database and query performance.

• Familiarity with Snowflake.

• Good understanding of scrum/agile development methodologies.

• Experienced in code reviews, service ownership, fully automated testing, micro-services, and rapid/continuous releases.

• Experience with AWS or similar platforms.

• Comfortable being on-call for support and engaging directly with clients when necessary.

• Experience in mentoring junior developers.

• Quick learner with the confidence and humility to ask clarifying questions.

• Proactive, self-motivated, transparent, accountable, and communicative.
