Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance product functionalities across both frontend and backend.

• Create user-friendly, responsive interfaces that simplify complex tasks.

• Design intuitive data models, dependable APIs, and facilitate system integrations.

• Construct robust data pipelines while enhancing software reliability and performance.

• Collaborate directly with users to grasp their requirements and convert feedback into actionable improvements.

• Manage projects from the initial problem identification through to implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

• Make informed technical decisions that balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in delivering full-stack applications.

• Strong frontend capabilities with modern frameworks such as React.

• Solid backend knowledge, including API design, relational databases, data modeling, and system integrations.

• Experience in designing maintainable systems and making informed architectural decisions.

• Proven ability to identify issues, drive solutions, and achieve valuable results.

• Strong product judgment and effective communication skills, particularly with nontechnical users.

• Practical experience in testing, observability, and debugging throughout the technology stack.

• Familiarity with modern AI-driven engineering tools.

• Experience in developing AI-powered or agentic products is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of cloud infrastructure is beneficial but not essential.

• Background in complex business software or experience in an early-stage company is a plus but not required.

• Experience in the legal industry is not necessary.
