Software Engineer, All Levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve digital products utilizing contemporary engineering methodologies and 12-factor application principles.

• Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle for both frontend and backend services.

• Engage in iteration planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing activities.

• Design, create, test, and maintain full-stack applications.

• Employ paired programming and test-driven development methodologies.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and practices for continuous delivery.

• Diagnose and provide support for software products in user environments.

• Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to enterprise strategies.

• Mentor and assist junior engineers.

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on engineering and business strategies.

• Foster cross-product collaboration and influence the direction of engineering efforts.

• Establish technical direction and guide complex system design choices.

• Coach engineers in TDD, paired programming, and agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Consultant II: At least 1 year of experience.

• Sr. Consultant I & II: Minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Lead: Over 5 years of experience with proven technical leadership.

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design principles.

• Proficiency in Java/Spring, JavaScript, and React.

• Experience in backend development including APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems.

• Frontend experience in building responsive web or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Regular and predictable attendance is a critical aspect of this role.

• Must undergo a background investigation.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.

• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, equipped with suitable desk and seating is necessary.
