Software Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Lead and guide a team of software engineers.

• Promote agile development methodologies and ensure delivery excellence.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to establish priorities.

• Engage in architectural and technical design discussions.

• Contribute to software development as necessary.

• Maintain standards for code quality, performance, security, and reliability.

• Eliminate obstacles and enhance team productivity.

• Oversee sprint planning, capacity management, and technical roadmaps.

• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and career development.

• Cultivate a collaborative and accountable engineering environment.

• Assist in the implementation of AI and automation-driven initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 2 years of experience in people management.

• Strong practical coding experience in Java, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL.

• Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based applications.

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in leading Agile development teams.

• High-speed internet is mandatory for remote work.

• Cable or Fiber ONLY, with the ability to connect via Ethernet.

• Minimum internet speeds required: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
