Software Developer – Founders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for an initial evaluation of its potential licensing value

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets the necessary qualifications

• Review the estimated value prior to making a decision on whether to proceed

• Obtain compensation based on the agreed licensing terms once a transaction is finalized

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository

• Full ownership or legal authority to license the submitted source code

• Access to original code repositories, which may include discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software

• The code must not contain third-party materials that you are not authorized to sublicense

• Non-exclusive licensing reference rate: $100 per 1M source-code tokens

• Non-exclusive licensing reference rate: $40 per 1M Git-history tokens
