📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for a preliminary evaluation of its potential licensing worth.

• Obtain an assessment based on the codebase along with relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets the qualifications.

• Review the assessed value prior to making a decision on whether to proceed.

• Receive compensation as per the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Complete ownership or legal rights to license the provided source code.

• Access to original code repositories, which may include discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.

• Code must not contain third-party materials that you are not authorized to sublicense.
