📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for a preliminary evaluation of its potential licensing value.

• Obtain an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing possibilities if the repository meets the qualifications.

• Review the appraised value before making a decision on how to proceed.

• Receive compensation per the agreed licensing terms upon completion of a transaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.

• The code must not contain third-party material that you are not authorized to sublicense.
