Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Evention’s Development team to consistently improve current software solutions.

• Develop new solutions aimed at addressing back-office operations and management challenges in the hospitality and retail sectors.

• Evaluate feature requirements.

• Construct, test, and maintain software functionalities.

• Deliver software features through established methodologies.

• Troubleshoot issues and offer production support.

• Deploy and manage infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software development is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required.

• A Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with back-end application development using C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, serverless computing, and infrastructure as code.

• Experience with front-end web application development utilizing TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and HTML.

• Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

• SQL or relational database expertise, including T-SQL and Python.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

• Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architecture in Azure.

• Understanding of AI/ML integration in SaaS applications.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.

• Strong grasp of web application security, session management, and best practices.

• Solid understanding of software design and programming principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to oversee related projects.
