Senior Fullstack Engineer, DP Practice Adoption Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop both frontend and backend functionalities necessary for USBS certification.

• Interpret regulatory requirements into straightforward, compliant product choices and validate them with medical professionals and the local team.

• Integrate Doctoralia Practice with Turkey's national healthcare systems, including e-Nabız, ÇKYS, T.C. Kimlik No. verification, and SBYS.

• Create secure and auditable systems encompassing authentication, access control, audit logging, encryption, and data residency.

• Act as the technical authority for Turkish health regulations.

• Prepare for and assist with the Ministry audit alongside the local team.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across Spain and Latin America.

• Monitor adoption and impact post-launch.

• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building production web applications as a fullstack engineer.

• A product-oriented mindset with experience managing features from concept through to execution.

• Strong backend expertise in API design, relational databases, and third-party/government integrations.

• Solid frontend experience utilizing a modern framework.

• Proficiency in authentication, 2FA, access control, audit logs, and encryption.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS, CI/CD, and containerization.

• Daily utilization of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.

• Proficient in English (B2+ level).

• Native Turkish speaker.

• Familiarity with Turkish Ministry of Health compliance frameworks, particularly USBS and MBYS/HBYS certification processes is a significant advantage.

• Previous integration experience with e-Nabız, ÇKYS, or other Ministry systems is a notable plus.

• Experience in health-tech, EHR, or telehealth is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of KVKK is a considerable advantage.
