Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in the entire development lifecycle, from determining project scope to design, implementation, and deployment.

• Develop and sustain features on both the frontend and backend as a full stack developer.

• Enhance the company’s primary construction software, particularly its image recognition functionalities for construction PDFs.

• Assist in creating innovative real-time collaborative features that ensure users’ work remains synchronized.

• Collaborate intimately with fellow developers, exchanging knowledge and learning from one another.

• Maintain a high-quality codebase through careful design and meticulous attention to detail.

• Explore and resolve issues by delving into underlying systems to understand and correct unexpected behaviors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of demonstrated development experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of technologies including React, Typescript, Python, Terraform, AWS, and Postgres.

• Familiarity with command line and Linux environments.

• Experience in smaller, independent organizations.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, MobX, Hasura, PostgreSQL, Python, Apollo, GraphQL, SQL, Flask, Redis, RQ, JavaScript, React, Vim, VSCode, HTML, CSS, and AWS.
