Software Architect – System Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the system architecture, encompassing data modeling, state management, component interactions, and system performance under load.

• Make challenging, irreversible design choices early on and clearly articulate trade-offs.

• Design and manage the data layer for new functionalities, including tables, relationships, indexing strategies, and query/load optimization.

• Create queues, background processes, and long-running workflows that maintain accuracy and reliability during heavy load and partial failures.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, guide the technology stack, and shape the overall product vision.

• Operate within an AI-first development setting fueled by Claude and Cursor.

• Assist in developing Hausverwalter.ai, a comprehensive property management platform featuring Inbox, CRM, Documents, Telephony, Video Calls, Team Chat, and AI Agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Software Architect / Full-Stack Developer with a solid foundation in systems design.

• Capability to design a database from the ground up, encompassing tables, relationships, indexes, database load, query performance, and data growth.

• Ability to analyze consistency, throughput, failure modes, and potential bottlenecks.

• Experience in designing queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows.

• Strong comprehension of reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Proficient English skills for effective communication within the team.

• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for tasks.

• Proficiency in German is not necessary.

• The specific technology stack is not a concern; AI will handle 100% of the coding.
