Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Elaborate architectural solutions at the implementation level by creating Low-Level Designs and guiding developers in making technical decisions.

• Act as a technical authority and knowledge enhancer, advocating for platformization standards and frameworks while maintaining comprehensive reference documentation.

• Establish the technical architecture for AI agents, encompassing the agent harness, orchestration, tool integration, and mechanisms for memory and context.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, resilience, efficiency, and other non-functional requirements.

• Steer decisions based on business goals, trade-offs, quality attributes, and associated risks.

• Design integration flows and asynchronous messaging for the secure transfer of high-volume data.

• Oversee the technology lifecycle and collaborate with the Solution Architect in architectural forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Software Architect, emphasizing scalable and cloud-native systems.

• Advanced expertise in Python development and modern industry-standard frameworks.

• Practical experience in designing and operating architectures on Google Cloud Platform, including GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Secret Manager.

• Experience in designing the technical architecture of Generative AI solutions that integrate LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks (such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar), including agent harness patterns and multi-agent orchestration.

• Extensive knowledge of event-driven architecture (EDA), with hands-on experience using asynchronous messaging buses, preferably Apache Kafka.

• Understanding of technical obsolescence governance and processes for registering architectural debt.

• Experience in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs and implementing security patterns for data payload transmission.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Developer certification is an advantage.
