Software Application Specialist – Nuclear Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in nuclear medicine software, workflows, and clinical applications.

• Perform product demonstrations, evaluations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.

• Convert clinical and workflow requirements into actionable application guidance.

• Provide support to sales teams, strategic accounts, partners, and assist with product integrations.

• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Product Management to troubleshoot application-related issues.

• Collect customer feedback and relay product needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

• Create training materials and represent the company at conferences, workshops, and user meetings.

• Occasionally offer backup support for nuclear medicine hardware applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: experience in nuclear medicine and knowledge of clinical workflows.

• Required: experience in supporting clinical or healthcare software applications.

• Strong skills in presentation, training, and customer-facing communication are essential.

• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

• Preferred: experience with software demonstrations, implementations, or pre-sales support.

• Familiarity with nuclear medicine instrumentation is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
