Software Alliance Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement partnership strategies tailored for North America, aligning with partner priorities and Quest’s global goals.

• Enhance engagement across North America service lines and various industry sectors.

• Provide support to Indian GSIs operating in North America.

• Create joint regional business plans and synchronize North America partner leadership with Quest’s regional sales teams.

• Foster co-selling initiatives, co-marketing strategies, and collaborative demand generation activities.

• Construct joint solution offerings to fulfill market demands.

• Assist in field execution alongside regional sales leadership and client leads.

• Collaborate with sales engineering and product development teams.

• Promote regional partner training and enablement initiatives.

• Ensure that delivery capabilities adapt to meet current and future market needs.

• Stimulate revenue growth through partner-driven and influenced opportunities.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including pipeline influence, joint successes, and adoption rates.

• Formalize significant partnerships through Memoranda of Understanding and strategic collaboration agreements.

• Connect global strategy with North America field operations.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and global partner leadership teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic alliances.

• Experience in the North American enterprise market.

• Knowledge of cloud service providers and data/AI platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

• Must reside in Dallas or New York.

• Preferred: extensive expertise in Microsoft Directory Services, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and their strategic relevance for facilitating enterprise-scale operations.
