Social Media Video Editor – Newsletter & Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit high-quality video content for social media platforms.

• Ensure proper pacing and accurate on-screen subtitles in videos.

• Assist in content creation and coordination within the overall content workflow.

• Contribute to social media management and graphic design tasks related to content production.

• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with the Head of Content and other internal team members.

• Handle multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.

• Communicate progress and coordinate with the Head of Content throughout the video editing process.

• Generate content for a newsletter and media business that reaches millions of people monthly across digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant specialist-level experience.

• Skills in content creation and coordination, social media management, and graphic design.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Experience with Premiere Pro Team Projects and collaborative editing workflows.

• Familiarity with creating, attaching, relinking, and editing using proxy media.

• Ability to download and transfer large video/media files with a reliable and stable internet connection; wired Ethernet is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of multicam editing, audio synchronization, color workflows, and basic audio mixing.

• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.

• Capacity to produce precise video edits with strong pacing and proper on-screen subtitles.

• Ability to download and transfer large video files internationally.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and minimize repetitive errors.

• Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

• Consistent availability during required working hours.

• Availability approximately from 9:00 or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.

• Resume and a brief 1-minute introduction video are required for application.
