Social Media Engagement Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engagement across the company's digital media platforms, including social media, email, and web-based interfaces.

• Deliver exceptional patient care through channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, and other digital media.

• Interact with social media audiences on a daily basis.

• Assist in patient acquisition by addressing online inquiries.

• Execute digital patient care responsibilities.

• Adhere to company protocols and industry regulations.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

• Report directly to the Digital Media Manager.

• Commit to a 40-hour workweek with flexible hours based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a social media and/or customer service setting preferred.

• Demonstrated history of innovation and creative problem-solving.

• Proven capability in managing escalated issues with empathy.

• Strong understanding and experience in the application of social media in a business context.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.

• Dependable and adaptable regarding schedule flexibility.

• Availability to work nights and/or weekends may be necessary.

• Knowledgeable and experienced in effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Capacity to be flexible and adjust to changes.

• A virtual office setting with a high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
