Social Media Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute social media strategies that align with Digisperts' business and marketing goals

• Create, curate, and share captivating content on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X

• Develop and sustain a consistent social media content calendar

• Produce engaging content that showcases Digisperts' expertise in software development, business automation, digital marketing, and emerging technologies

• Simplify complex technology concepts into clear, engaging, audience-friendly content

• Design, edit, and manage graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and other visual materials

• Craft engaging captions and social media text

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and other audience interactions effectively

• Cultivate and maintain a vibrant online community around the Digisperts brand

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, relevant technologies, and trending topics to uncover content opportunities

• Collaborate with technical, creative, sales, and marketing teams to create relevant content

• Analyze social media performance and provide regular updates on key metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Must be located in Lagos

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in copywriting and storytelling

• Ability to distill technical or business concepts into engaging content

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting

• Experience using Canva or similar design tools

• Basic video editing skills are a plus

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and capability to spot content opportunities

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team

• Good understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning
