📋 Description

• Create cross-platform content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Organize, coordinate, and enhance content calendars

• Conceptualize campaigns, recurring series, and scalable content mechanics

• Evaluate performance data and determine specific optimization strategies

• Execute A/B testing for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats

• Recognize trends early and convert them into high-performing content concepts

• Collaborate closely with the Video Editor to strategically oversee content production

• Formulate engagement and community-building strategies

• Establish clear growth objectives and monitor progress towards them

• Partner with the founder to enhance social media as a measurable growth channel

• Proven track record in social media management

• Preferably, experience within the education, crypto, trading, or finance industries

• Extensive knowledge of crypto and trading

• Awareness of current market trends and pertinent narratives

• Capable of independently researching and evaluating new subjects

• Experienced in crafting compelling, audience-specific content for various formats and platforms

• Growth-driven mindset focused on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability

• Strategic insight into the algorithms of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Proficient with analytics tools like Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics

• Ability to devise viral ideas with a clear strategic purpose

• Independent, organized, and responsible work ethic
