Social Media Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Edit social media content, including Reels, TikToks, advertisements, interview clips, podcast cuts, and event aftermovies.

• Transform clear briefs into polished videos by utilizing existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines.

• Employ AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms in conjunction with traditional editing techniques.

• Develop and implement engaging hooks, transitions, and dynamic editing styles.

• Create variations for testing purposes, including hooks, intros, and cuts.

• Generate subtitles in both German and English.

• Maintain and manage your personal task cards in Notion: update statuses, add export and preview links, and monitor deadlines.

• Produce content for clients in the aesthetic medicine and premium real estate sectors for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in video editing, especially with Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Experience in social media editing; this role is not centered around image films.

• Familiarity with at least one AI video editing tool.

• Understanding of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts.

• Careful management of sensitive content; for medical clients, strict guidelines must be adhered to—no identifiable patients, no before-and-after comparisons, and no guarantees of results.

• A structured and independent working style.

• Strong written communication skills in both German and English.

• Two to three social media work samples, ideally self-edited Reels.

• One or two sentences detailing the AI tools you have previously utilized.
