Social Media Assistant, Part-Time (25–30 Hours/Week)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns using Meta Ads Manager

• Input and modify Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertisements in Meta Business Manager

• Set up clients in BVS and establish connections for forwarding applicants to clients

• Oversee recruiting campaigns following the established system, collaborating closely with the Project Manager

• Create campaign designs in Canva as coverage for holidays

• Craft compelling copy for new campaigns

• Transform templates into captivating ads and graphics

• Provide regular updates on progress during internal online meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical, extensive experience in creating and editing ads using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager

• Enjoyment in setting up, modifying, and reviewing advertisements

• A careful, precise, and dependable working style

• Willingness to adhere to established templates, systems, and processes

• A keen eye for attractive design

• Openness to and interest in new ideas, software, and tools

• An independent, meticulous, and organized approach with sound practical judgment

• Capacity to prioritize tasks on short notice

• Excellent self-management skills without rigid working hours

• Strong computer proficiency (Windows or Mac, MS Office)

• Willingness to regularly communicate progress during internal online meetings

• Based in Austria; digital nomads are not eligible

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not required
