Social Media Manager – Facebook/Instagram Ads, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

• Input and modify advertisements for Meta/Facebook/Instagram within Meta Business Manager.

• Set up clients in BVS and establish links for applicant referrals to clients.

• Oversee recruiting campaigns following the established protocols in close partnership with the Project Manager.

• Create campaign designs in Canva for holiday coverage.

• Compose copy for new advertising campaigns.

• Transform templates into captivating advertisements and graphics.

• Consistently update progress during internal online meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in creating and editing Meta ads using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).

• Familiarity with Meta, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.

• Enthusiasm for crafting, editing, and overseeing advertisements.

• Diligent, accurate, and dependable work ethic.

• Capability to operate within clearly defined systems, templates, and processes.

• Willingness to embrace and explore new ideas, programs, and tools.

• Independent and organized working style with sound practical judgment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks that require immediate attention.

• Excellent self-organization and capacity to manage time independently.

• Proficient computer skills, including Windows or Mac and MS Office.

• Regularly communicate work progress in internal online meetings.

• Availability for 25–30 hours per week.

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not mandatory.
