This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a specialist within the Global Social Media Center of Excellence to design, implement, and execute customized social media strategies.
• Support essential business objectives across brand teams, medical affairs, and paid media partners.
• Work closely with brand teams, medical affairs, paid media, search, web, and creative partners to establish and facilitate organic social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform advancements, and audience behaviors across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Snapchat.
• Oversee content through the internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, ensuring adherence to promotional practices, FDA guidelines, privacy policies, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with community managers and social listening teams to gather consumer insights and monitor real-time audience interactions.
• Aid in the creation and refinement of the global social media strategy playbook.
• Evaluate social listening and channel analytics data to provide monthly and quarterly insights, suggest channel optimizations, and enhance program execution.
• Work with data, analytics, and media teams to establish KPIs and develop regular scorecard reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external agency partners to implement workflows and processes for approved social capabilities.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital or social media marketing with a focus on developing and executing social media strategies for enterprise brands or specific functional areas.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights and brand goals into integrated marketing campaigns.
• Track record of success in highly matrixed, dynamic environments and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and interpret job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English.
• Proficient in effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing, with employees, customers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Preferred experience navigating regulated content environments, particularly in pharmaceutical Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows.
• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and understand verbal communication in person, via telephone, and through video conferencing or other remote communication tools.
• Capacity to view and read information on computer screens and printed materials.
• Ability to work for extended periods using a computer and viewing a computer screen.
• Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be necessary.
