Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee content management across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

• Collect and organize corporate materials supplied by the headquarters.

• Publish content on various social media platforms.

• Configure and modify captions as needed.

• Schedule and arrange posts effectively.

• Ensure accurate publication of content on the designated channels.

• Repurpose relevant content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

• Monitor the publishing calendar to keep channels current.

• Plan and produce up to 8 original content pieces monthly for Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Assist in brand positioning, service promotion, building relationships with companies and professionals, establishing authority, and enhancing social media growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in social media management.

• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Canva.

• Strong writing skills with the capability to craft engaging captions.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Creativity in developing content.

• Strong time-management abilities to meet deadlines.

• Capacity to work independently and in an organized fashion.

• Ability to adhere to calendars, guidelines, and the company's communication standards.

• Must have a personal computer in optimal working condition.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Access to and familiarity with Outlook.

• Possess necessary tools for creating and managing digital content.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
